The field is a ¾ acre close mown sheltered site. There is a Quiet Corner for Guides/Brownies Own, an obstacle course and trampoline.

Facilities:
The dry shelter has electricity and cooking/catering equipment for 36 people, including a fridge/freezer. The toilet block has 3 showers, 3 toilets and 3 hand basins. Separate shower and toilet facilities for people with disabilities.
Wooden Shelter:
A 6m x 4m wooden shelter was installed (January 2010), this is available to all groups to use.
Cooking:
There is an abundance of camping styles open to you with altar fires, gas stoves, barbecues and sites for patrol cooking. Firewood is provided from the wood store at the side of the dry shelter
Tents:
There is a choice of lightweight and heavyweight tents available, discuss with the Administrator to ensure your needs can be met.
Rubbish:
Rubbish bags should be tied up and put in the wheelie bins on the driveway. This will be collected early Wednesday morning, rubbish and recyclable material on alternate weeks.
General Information
Woods:
Lady Mayhew Woods leads off the field on the left as you face the house from the shelter. There is a large campfire circle.
Pets:
Sorry no dogs (except assistance dogs) or any other pets are allowed on the campsite or in the house.
Cars:
Cars may be driven onto the field to unload but they must be returned to the car park outside the Lodge for the duration of the camp.

Shopping:
Coltishall is within 5 minutes walk and has a mini-market, garage, chemist, butcher and fish and chip shop (any bulk orders must be pre-booked). The train station is within walking distance and will take you from Coltishall to Wroxham for larger shops and more choice.
